The customer service was great and felt great knowing I could get an answer back sometimes in seconds! It sounded so good that we thought the price would be higher. But it ended up to be a very reasonable price for very high quality materials and work. All work was completed in one long day. Everyone was safe and professional. The yard looked spotless afterwards and the roof looks great. Another person came to inspect the next day, in case we had any problems or issues, which we did not. Because of my neighbor's neglect of cleaning his gutters, they became clogged with dirt and vegetation. Water that came off his pitched roof laid up against my house and caused severe damage to the side of my home. There was limited space to work in and I was unsure if I would find someone who could do the job. Luckily, I found Christian and his company. Christian is obviously very experienced and knowledgable and nothing short of a miracle worker. He and his crew are top notch, and I am so grateful to each and every one of his hard working crew. They removed all of the shingles that were falling off, removed and replace the rotted wood, insulated and just about rebuilt that side. Then they sided it and it looks brand new. Great communication, responsiveness, and professionalism. It felt good dealing with an honest contractor with integrity. If you need a great contractor this company is the one you want. This project required a total removal including Cedar Shakes, replace with half inch plywood, weatherproofing trimming, shingles. After all completed American Quality Home was not satisfied. I have the old ceramic siding they replaced all the broken pieces and fitted aluminum trim on all the areas where the roof meets the ceramic siding.
